The Busona team and we started working together. The challenge that we needed to solve was that we had a phenomenal application with a number of great features and functionalities. They weren't really necessarily designed the best. And what we needed is really a fresh design. We're following inspiration from companies such as Apple and others. We didn't necessarily want cheap and by no means sort of cheap at all.

We wanted things done very professionally. We were going back and forth between some designers out in California, some very large companies, smaller companies. Very quickly and early on, we kind of hit it off in terms of the process that he wanted to enable, the teams that he wanted or the people and resources he wanted to dedicate to our project. And frankly, after we hit the go button, we probably hit the ground running within, like, twenty four hours.

So, you know, we had design decks up and ready. We had the team integrated. Very soon thereafter, I would say within a few days, we had the first few and new design iterations for our application. The Busona team and the collaboration that we were running along with them is their level of professionalism, their attention to detail, and frankly, what matters the most for any company, whether you're big or you're small.

In today's day and age, as far as the AI development is concerned, because things are moving so fast, product iterations are happening so fast, design iterations all seem to happen equally as fast. And what stood out to me is that while maintaining that same level and caliber professionalism along with communication, things of that nature, the execution speed never faltered. So it stood out the most precise and great execution from the Busona team.

The design was integrated extremely well with our vision. We were able to integrate the design directly into the product itself within days. None of this took that long to do, which I and we and the team have been really happy about. And that recommendation is not easy to get from us. Coming from a legal background, we're quite precise in what we want, and Busona definitely delivered. So, yes, I'd highly recommend Busona.

My business is Wall Street Oasis. I've been running it's an online community focused on careers in finance and been running it for about twenty years now. When I reached out to Busona the first time, it was really more of a function of wanting to improve the user experience, wanting to bring the design into a more modern infrastructure and make sure that, you know, the user experience was amazing.

We actually didn't just have just a typical form, but we could delight the users. And so that's really the initial impetus of why I reached out to Busona. My overall experience working with Busona, Ihsan, Ahtisham, the team has been incredible. Incredibly communicative. They're always really quick to integrate feedback that we give them. So it's not you know, we would have a cadence of once a week meeting, but it's not like it would take a full week to get the turns done.

So every day, we'd be getting messages in Slack and be able to iterate really fast so that with all the little minor changes we'd be making, it wouldn't be something that drag out or something we could execute on quickly and then move on to the next project. So I was very happy with the communication with them. I think just the expertise and the knowledge of everyone from the CEO down through all the people that work with him is really just exceptional in terms of understanding kind of the best practices in UI and UX and design.

And also just the way they interfaced with my developers. It wasn't as if they just did the design without any thought on the back end on how that would be integrated. They were very thoughtful about that, and they would be very good in terms of leaving notes, in terms of the developers knowing exactly what steps they needed to take, what different phases there were within a certain page or a certain set of pages or modals that needed to be integrated such that the developers were able to kind of execute on the vision that they had come up with.

Sure, I think our engagements in the community has been excellent since we kind of integrated some of the more fun animations there. But more importantly, I think it's shown the community that we've invested heavily in making sure that they have an amazing place to come and share their stories, share their insights. The engagement, the average time on-site has improved. And more importantly, we continue to kind of take our learning management system to the next level.

We continue to invest heavily in our backend system for WSO Academy, which is our flagship program. So we went from having no dashboard at all with the students to having a fully functional dashboard with administrative pages to obviously the student dashboard to a mentor profile that they can access and see different statistics. It's just been an incredible product development within only one to two years. So basically going from starting from scratch.

So it's been great. I would wholeheartedly recommend Busona to other product leaders, other CEOs, and other startups that are looking for incredibly talented design team, for sure. I would say excellence.

Psyquility is an evidence based software that supports neurodivergent employees in the workplace. The key thing that we wanted to solve when we first started working with Busona was our UI and UX side of things. We had all functionality figured out, but the original build was not particularly beautiful in any way, shape, or form, and mutual connection always recommended to you guys. It's been fantastic. When we first started working together, we gave you kind of on a high level brief of what we were after.

We didn't give you anything specific from that sort of thing, and we it's been a very collaborative process, I'd say. Beyond anything else, there's been lots of iteration, lots of back and forth, lots and lots of changes and debates among everyone. It's felt like a very sort of equal process where sometimes we'll make suggestions and the Busona team and the Busona guys will be like, no.

We're not doing it this way because of this reason. And we go, sure. You guys are the experts. Happy to defer to you. And then other times, we come to you with ideas and you go, no. That's a really, really good point. Like, sort of like building with a development team in house as opposed to hiring a contractor at the end of the day, which I think is the most important.

It feels as if you guys care as much about our projects as we do. The first one's the quality, and the second one's the speed. To be honest with you, I've been able to, for the first time, actually show potential customers and interested stakeholders what we're doing with pride. Hit up you guys on Slack, say, hey. Can I have this minor tweak done in the next half an hour?

And it's just like, yeah. Of course. There it is. It's yeah. But for sure, quality and speed. The software now looks genuinely beautiful. We're excited to hit the market in the new year. So, yeah, definitely quality and speed. One hundred percent. Being in Australia, it's always difficult finding quality resource, but particularly quality overseas resource as well. There's a lot of very average operators out there. At the end the day, working with you guys, it was a leap of faith for us sort of thing.

It was through a mutual connection that we're both friendly with, and we took that chance. And the outcomes that we've achieved have just been just extraordinary. So, like, where we were must have been two months ago now. To where we are now, it's like you wouldn't even recognize the software that we're working with. And even just earlier today, I had a I had a meeting with a potential client into the new year.

I'm chatting to her, she went, oh, wow. This is beautiful. And so she said it was beautiful. Wouldn't have happened two months ago sort of thing. If you want something that will be done in the time frame you agreed upon with a very, very high quality, feeling like you're working with a team and not a contractor, then a hundred percent go with Busona for sure.

Bodhi is a software platform that acts as a single pane of glass for an entire building, ties into all technology in a building, making it truly smart, enhancing it with AI. Build new UI components and enhance our UI, and that's how you guys helped us, you know, make the user experience that much better. You guys are very responsive. It was massive for us. The team was very knowledgeable, got great ideas.

I think it was very easy to work with you and your team on the changes, and also new UI elements that we needed, interfaces, products that we use today, that we sell today. So it's proof of concept. Better user experience, new products that we brought to market as well. Also, you made our lives much easier. That was a big impact for us, using your firm versus doing it ourselves was very time consuming, and we saved a lot of time about using your firm.

Now I absolutely would recommend you guys, and I think I have already. I think you guys do great work. I really love working with you guys, and we will keep working with you guys as we, we build out new products.

Yeah. So our company is very specific in the financial industry and very specific to what we and the market that we reach, that market in the financial industry. So our challenges were bringing that message to the forefront without being overwhelming and making it engaging for our target market, who gets a lot of advertising, who gets a lot of information on websites to feel engaged and part of our process and want to continue through the site and reach out to us.

Specific challenges for us were to deliver information in a way that they're not necessarily used to seeing from a financial company, to bring them into that information and make them a part. I felt like your team was extremely smart. I thought that I think my first impression was how well you were able to take our industry needs, which you didn't necessarily have experience with, mold what we were asking you to do into those needs.

So without having deep knowledge of our industry or without you being industry specific, we felt like you continuously put products together that met our target market perfectly in the financial industry. And I was very surprised that you were able to do that without being just dedicated to this industry. So I think our website definitely stands out. It's much cleaner, modern, better than we expected it to be.

And we've had very good feedback. So our competition is with multibillion dollar organizations. There's no excuse for us, if we're competing with those, to have a website that is not as good. You don't get passes. So we were really working in an area that requires a very sophisticated high level of delivery and design of information. We've worked with three other groups before we worked with you, And we absolutely felt like you delivered everything we wanted and more, and much, much better than the group we've worked with in the past.

So we've already told a couple of groups about you. I think that you being a non US domiciled, there was some reservation on that from our part. You accommodated everything. English is great from you all the way through. Everyone's really smart at what they do. Delivered on time. We actually were not providing a lot of content. You were designing around more ideas. And you delivered every time on time.

So we have already started telling other people in the financial industry about you. So yes, we would absolutely recommend you and feel great about using you on our future projects. We got on our first call. You described to me the process. You described to me how it was going to work. We provided information. You were right on at all times. We were never waiting on you. We even had you do additional projects along the way as we were developing out the main site, and you delivered every time. That's rare for a company to always do what they say they're going to do, but we had that experience with you.

My company's a digital agency. I reckon I'm always looking for fresh skills, variety of skills. And the challenge that we wanted to address when we reached out to Busona was adding some fresh design as well as a range of skill in not just web design, but illustrations and animations and other things like that. A great adherence to project management structures. The output of the work is exceptionally good.

Key thing is the ability to have briefing meetings and properly collaborate on things as we make sure that everything's running on track. Sometimes things can get confused or mixed up, and there's no problem with communications and just making sure everything's working well. So it's the whole approach to making sure that the output is high quality and exactly as we need it. The breadth of skill, which is what we use them for, designers' ability to drop people in to solve particular challenges, whether it might be brand or web design or print design elements. We've been able to call on them for a lot of things. So highly recommend.

I created a model that facilitates to trainers, coaches, instructional designers any kind of learning and development spaces that will stick. The website was necessary because I needed to provide the context of what I offer and credibility so that companies actually can see that I do know what I'm talking about and that I am out there. I felt like I always had incredibly fast feedback. You are always more ready than I was.

So... And I usually consider myself pretty proactive, I would even say. But you guys were always one step ahead, two, three steps ahead of me, and I really appreciated that. I enjoyed the most besides, of course, being the most reasonably priced I've ever worked with. But besides that, I really appreciated that I could provide feedback and be heard, and that's not something I experience very often. Usually, it's like, well, you have to do it this way because of all of these constraints.

You had constraints that you were working with, but you really did your best to work around those constraints and honor what I was asking, without trying to educate me on the constraints. You just try to work it out, and I really appreciated that. A website out there before, it was not professional. What I needed was a professional representation of what I was offering. I went from struggling to fill a master class to actually having to limit the seats in my master class.

So I would say it had a very high impact. If you liked it and you need this kind of work, Busona is absolutely fantastic to work with and very flexible.

Rilevera at its core is a detection management platform. We help detection engineers prioritize, manage, improve their detections, reducing gaps, and improving their coverage. We engaged with Busona actually because of their awesome copy on LinkedIn. Actually, I'll never forget the call me maybe prompt, which really got me focused. I was looking for a design at the time because, you know, we're really focused on having our product be a joy to use, but also to get out of the way of the user.

We wanna take a different lens or approach than typical cybersecurity companies have in the past in terms of UI UX. And so it's a real big focus for us. You know, when Busona reached out, you know, to be frank, the offering of, hey, we'll design something at no cost to you. If you like it, cool. Let's keep working. And if you don't, no harm, no foul. That was honestly, like, the easiest setup for a slam dunk that I've ever had.

Like, I... There was no risk on my part, so I said, sure. Let's do this. And, I mean, the first thing they designed for me, it was very apparent that, like, it was the right call. It made it very easy. We didn't have to... You know, we had other designers in the past that we worked with, we looked at, and this one, very quick, very easy. The turnaround time was crazy fast.

For you startups out there, like, the price is just insanely affordable. So much so that we've expanded the amount of work that we use for you... With you guys. Right? So, like, we started off with just our core product. You know, we expanded out to rebranding, and then we've expanded out from there to website design because you guys are reliable. You take feedback really well. Your iteration time is almost in the negative seconds.

Sometimes I feel like we're iterating and you guys are improving while we're on a call. Just really helpful. And, yeah, you guys are always available, always looking to help. It just feels cool. It feels like a true collaboration. You don't... It doesn't feel like... You know, I've worked with so many contractors where it feels like you're phoning it in and you do the bare minimum. Oh, we've done this before.

Let's just turn out that same template. You know, everything... I mean, even down to the questions you guys ask before we get started on the website or before we got started on branding, it just made it really like a personalized experience. Gangbusters. Easily the best contractor I've ever worked with. Shown a lot of our mock ups, especially for the product to our users, I can tell you that it's gonna make their lives a lot simpler dealing with our product a lot cleaner and having shown sales this, it's gonna make sales and demos a lot faster, a lot cleaner.

And so far, the feedback we've gotten from trusted sources on our rebranding and our website design, you guys finally look professional and true cyber security company. So it's hard to say like where the measurement is. I would... I can't wait to get measurements on the impact. I can tell you it's a positive impact for sure. I very much wanna focus on the user, and I want them to have a bit experience, UI design, which is just great. Y'all are just insanely fast. Your turnaround is responsive, high quality, like, Octane level work.

Orca creates these hosted memory augmented machine learning models, like mostly classifiers. Unique about them is that while they're low latency, because they're, like, more traditional models, they are, like, steerable with data. So I mean, it brought in. Busona, though, is very collaborative, which was important. Right? Like, we're an early stage startup. We don't know exactly what we do. There's not, like, some kind of PRD document before we start something.

Like, we have a vague idea. Like, we don't really have time to fully think it through yet. We kind of know what we want, but we might not be able to articulate it perfectly yet. Like, we put together, like, a simple design brief. This needs to come to something that can be built into the product and also time is limited. Right? We didn't want to redesign our whole app, like, to some new grand vision that, like, is beautiful but, like, cannot be implemented.

But, like, we already had some kind of design system. And so, like, I think what really stood out was on our ability to first, like, pragmatically fit things, like, into, like, evolving the existing system, adding new things that add value, evolving the overall structure slowly in the background. That was really important for us. And then the other main thing that stood out, I think, was just the collaboration, like, where there's some hairy features, right, where kind of, like, ML dash dashboards, lots of data, like, lots of telemetry data.

So it's really complicated sometimes, and sometimes it was, like, hard to understand, like, what should be done. But I think what worked really well was we found a way to wireframes first, prototype things, but there were a lot of conversations. You had a lot of good questions, I think, like, to help guide us to where we needed to be when we couldn't, like, articulate everything fully in a brief where there was just more context needed.

That collaborative aspect worked really well. One trade-off, like, is it's not like having an in-house designer on the team. It is a very async process. So I think what made this... What works well is if you have, like, large enough projects, you need a few days of design thinking on them kind of to, like, come up with a solution, not something where you just need some quick CSS fix.

Like, that's not what this is for. But, like, what made this work was, I think, Busona's ability to be flexible in terms of, oh, we're not giving you pixel perfect designs, and you need to implement it like that. But, like, the flexibility to understand, yeah, like, we do some of the design work. We have some engineers that can, like, tweak things a little bit and, like, it's a back and forth.

Like, we bring this back into designs as, like, a very pragmatic approach to this, which I think is super important to make this distance, the time gap work, basically. And then sometimes they did turnaround designs in a day or so where we just... We're like, we just got stuck here like an engineer during the day. And, yeah, you can't get the immediate, like, okay, let's hop on a Slack huddle and, like, figure this out together and just, like, do it together.

But, like, that was still, like, very good. At this early stage, we have something that somewhat works to a demo to... This is understandable for an actual user of our product without training. Like, use the product. And, like, there's a big gap, I think. So I think, like, for help with that, like, this was great because a bit of design process on the team, I think, like, that was one of the biggest impacts of actually not just, like, having something that looks more beautiful, but, like, getting into this mode of, yeah, okay, like, to come up with a UI design, you need to think through it, and that's very much a collaborative process.

And that works very well with Busona, I think. If you're willing to commit to that back and forth, you'll get really good results because the communication is good. It's pragmatic outcomes, so things evolve over time. But it doesn't work well. What you're looking for is someone who can hop on Slack huddle to, like, figure out design immediately. It's not like having a web designer on your team.

They raised also... They did raise the internal pipeline. We have engineers that they'll do some design work, and I think through the last half year or so that we've worked with Busona, like, just the understanding of it of, like, how do I think about this design? How do I approach this? A bit more systematic way, which I think is so important for UX design where it's really hard to, like...

Your first idea is usually not the right idea. I think that has helped a lot. So I think for those use cases, yeah, works really well. And the time difference... Yeah. They've always made the time difference work even though that... That's definitely the biggest challenge.

We are an AI software company looking to bridge college to career, and so we're building a solution to modernize the experience college students, universities, and employers are having in connecting and finding each other and ultimately getting early career talent off and running with their career in a much more personalized, supported way than the products in the marketplace today.

We started working with Busona to help tell our... The first version of our story. And as our story has evolved, Busona has evolved with us in helping make sure that the information and the value we're bringing to the market is shining through very clearly and effectively through our website. The very first project with Busona to... We've gone through a couple of iterations on our storytelling through the website has been two things, exceptional and consistent the entire time.

And so as we had kind of small vision early on, able to work with Busona and Busona bringing solutions back to us that fit where we were at the time. And as our business and our story has evolved, it's been just a fantastic partnership as Busona has evolved with us. And not just kinda taking our requirements documents and building what we're asking for, but pushing back and giving us guidance on ways to do it better.

As a first time founder and as a very early stage company, it's fantastic to have true partners. Cause I consider Busona a partner, not a vendor to us. They're an actual partner who's helped tell our story and make sure our story is as good as it needs to be in the market. The thing that stood out the most about the work we've done with Busona has been their ability and willingness to push back and bring new ideas to, you know, our ideas and making them better.

Kind of the old adage of, you know, one plus one can equal four if you do it right. And I would I would say that's been our experience with Busona. As a first time founder, we don't... I know I know what I know, but there's a bunch of things I don't and didn't. And the folks at Busona have been exceptional in being... Bringing me recommendations and bringing my team recommendations to help tell our story better and more effectively, whether that be through content or through visuals, kind of the integration of kind of the different pieces of the platform across the across the web.

They've been a true partner. Absolutely. And have made recommendations about Busona to other folks in my network and would not hesitate in the least to make a recommendation going forward.

We had acquired a set of source code from a company called Leaflet, and it has to do with contract life cycle management and document management. And we're weaving those two technologies together, our automation platform and legal front door with that platform there, which we've been using for a few years, but they've been two separate products. And now that we're blending them together, they had completely different look and feel and navigation and all sorts of things.

And so it still looked like we were stitching different technologies together as opposed to actually having it be one product. So we looked for you guys or... And looked at a couple of others just to see if there was a way for us to try to blend these together, make it more unified, make the navigation more consistent, and sort of run... Render from within one environment. You guys are very attentive.

You're definitely throwing a lot of resources at it with different perspectives, can tell. Multiple people involved, which is actually kinda nice. It's not one person. It's just their ideas. It seems like it's more collaborative on your end. We, of course, had a pretty decent sized team. I don't know what that was. Probably seven or eight people that have been involved in this, you know, need to implement all of these changes, but...

And, you know, redevelop the products to take advantage of what you've designed. So it really worked from that standpoint. It was very interactive, collaborative. We saw that there was, you know, difference of ideas on your side. It seemed to be kinda nice. Stand ups every week and a lot gets accomplished within that period of time, you know, with this initial stint was only that one month period that's gonna extend into, you know, more as we can kinda digest what you put together.

But I think the frequency of the meetings and the, you know, the reviews of the meetings and things like that and then having everything in Figma was helpful because we can kinda drill down into it on our own. And then having multiple options to kinda choose from, I think that was helpful as well. So just... It's a it's a good process. We... Haven't seen anything that I would wanna change necessarily.

It's infrequent when I don't wanna change somebody's process. So it's so it's good. Yeah. In our case, it's critical that this looks unified. That's what the design has enabled. There's this global navigation that allows you to go into the various elements of the platform no matter if it was from platform a versus b or whatever. It... It's now all tied together. It shows like a very unified and very professional looking, contemporary looking solution altogether.

It's literally changing the scope of what our company will become so that this is a different technology that really nobody else in our little market segment has anything quite like this. The more unified, the more professional, the more contemporary, the market will accept it. Yeah. I mean, no question. I'd like to say, I really like the way that you guys work, and, you know, you're all... You can see you're all very focused and trying to get the right kind of result, and it comes shining through in every conversation that we have. If we're to come to that, definitely, I'd recommend y'all. We've been very, very satisfied.
