They reached out after a referral from a past client, seeking a full website redesign. We had a few talks, a discovery call, and did some initial checks to really understand what they needed.

What did we do?
We started by exploring new design options and finalised a design direction, A/B tested different course and pricing layouts to find the best fit, redesigned 100+ pages with modern design feel. We also established a unified design system for a cohesive look and feel.

We began by exploring until we found the right design direction
We began with the Courses landing page and the Home page, creating over 20 different layouts and sections. We continued until we discovered a design that matched the client’s vision, appealed to users, and aligned with Wall Street Oasis’ brand identity.
Streamlining Community Engagement
We updated the UX and UI of the forums to enhance daily communications for millions of users. Our redesign focused on making interactions seamless, starting discussions easy, and finding the latest updates intuitive.
We created industry-specific structures and ensured a fully responsive experience in both dark and light modes. The result is a forum that offers the best user experience for one of the world’s largest and most renowned finance communities.
Boosting Engagement with Badges
We introduced a badge system for ranking and rating within the forums to recognize user activity and contributions. This new feature enhances engagement by rewarding users for their participation and achievements.
The badges are prominently displayed and integrated into the user profiles, encouraging more interaction and activity. This addition, combined with our overall forum redesign, creates a more interactive and engaging community experience.
Redefining Data Management
We redesigned the WSO Company Database dashboards to manage extensive data efficiently and provide maximum information in an organized manner. Custom elements for graphical representation of data were created, ensuring a visually appealing and fully responsive design.
Our redesign enhances the user experience by making vast amounts of data easily accessible and understandable.
Streamlining the Learning Journey
Revamped the WSO Courses section to provide a seamless user experience from enrollment to course completion. We ensured that users can easily access course content, track their progress, and view ratings and reviews from previous students.
By organizing all relevant information and simplifying the learning process, we made the journey of acquiring new skills and knowledge both efficient and enjoyable.
Optimizing A/B Tests, Pricing, and Subscriptions
We implemented A/B testing to refine and optimize key aspects of the WSO platform, including pricing pages and subscription models.
Unique components were created for data visualization, ensuring clear and impactful presentations. These improvements collectively contribute to a more engaging and effective platform, helping users access valuable resources and make informed decisions.
Experience Across Devices
We ensured the entire WSO platform is fully optimized for mobile devices, providing users with a seamless experience on the go.
Each section and screen has been carefully adapted to maintain functionality and visual appeal on smaller screens. From forums and company databases to courses and profiles, the mobile version retains the comprehensive features of the desktop platform, ensuring users can access all resources and tools efficiently, regardless of the device they are using.
Consistent Design
Finally a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and cohesion across the entire WSO platform. This system includes detailed guidelines for typography, color schemes, UI components, and interactions.
By establishing a unified design language, we maintained a seamless user experience and visual identity throughout all sections and features of the platform. This approach not only enhances usability but also reinforces the brand's aesthetic and functional integrity.
