How does it all work? What happens when I start my plan?

When you start your plan, here's what happens:

1. Initial Call: We set up a call with you and our team to:

Make quick introductions
Understand your requirements
Discuss your goals
Learn about your long-term vision
Plan and finalize tasks for the upcoming month
Schedule upcoming calls for the month (weekly or bi-weekly, based on your availability and the complexity of the project)

2. Setup: After the call, we create a Slack channel for prompt communication and a Notion board to keep track of the tasks with you and all the team members assigned to your project.

3. Start Working: Your dedicated designer or developer begins working on your tasks the very next day.

4. Daily Reports: We send you daily reports to keep you updated on the progress.

5. Regular Calls: We have regular calls (weekly or bi-weekly)to present completed tasks, get your feedback, and discuss the next set of tasks.

How much work will I receive in a single month?

The amount of work you receive depends on the plan you choose.

With the Essential plan, you can typically get:

How many tasks can I work on with your team at once?

The number of tasks we can work on at once depends on the plan you choose:

With the Essential Plan:

We work on one task at a time. After revisions based on your feedback and getting it approved, we move on to the next task.

With the Accelerate Plan:

You can have us work on up to 3 tasks simultaneously.

A task can be a single page for a website or multiple screens for a web or mobile app.

How quickly can I expect delivery on my tasks?

We work on your tasks every day, but the delivery time depends on the complexity of the task.

Small tasks: Typically completed quickly, often within 1-3 days.
Complex tasks: These are broken down into multiple milestones, and we deliver updates accordingly.

How does communication work throughout the project? Do you have weekly meetings?

Once you sign up, we’ll create a shared Slack channel for prompt communication. We will discuss tasks there and send you daily reports to keep you updated on the progress.

Depending on your workflow, we can schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly meetings to show you the progress and get your feedback, discuss next requirements, plan ahead, and keep things rolling.

Can I cancel or pause my membership?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your membership at any time.

When you pause your membership:

We stop working on your tasks.
You won't be charged for the paused period.
We'll be ready to resume work whenever you are.

When you cancel your membership:

We refund all the unused days left in the current billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

We are confident that you will be satisfied with our work, but if you ever feel the need to cancel, we offer refunds for any unused days remaining in your current billing cycle.

While this scenario is unlikely, as we've never received a refund request. We want to ensure you that your satisfaction is our priority. If the need arises, we will promptly process your refund for the unused days.
