The Challenge
Haulmate has the vision to transform moving from exhausting and tedious into effortless and exciting. They wanted to have a seamless booking flow with as low friction in user experience as possible.
We started by interviewing potential users with the client and tried to understand their problems and motivations to book a service like this online. After countless iterations and user feedbacks we came up with a solution that’s intuitive, has clear information and helps you book services as easy as snapping your fingers.
